As an institution with an excellent international network, the University of Bonn offers its students a variety of opportunities to broaden their professional and personal horizons through a stay abroad. In addition, we offer students from abroad an attractive study option within the framework of the Erasmus programme or as full-time students. Within the framework of Erasmus+, the Institute of History has numerous partnerships with European universities that are open to students and doctoral candidates for a stay abroad. Furthermore, there are funding programmes that make it possible to study at a non-European university. Beyond that, the Institute is involved in a trinational research training group.
